About Michael

The most successful juggler in Las Vegas history? From July 3, 1991 until September 4, 2010 Michael appeared as the comedy act in the Lance Burton, Master Magician show in Las Vegas. He's done more than 15,000 shows in Vegas and is still performing.

In addition to live shows around the world, Michael has had many performing and writing jobs that you might not expect:

  • Twelve Emmy nominations as writer and executive producer for Penn and Teller: Bullshit!

  • Since 2013 Michael has held the Guinness Book of World Records title for "Most Bites in One Minute While Juggling and Eating Apples".

  • Every Sunday Michael is co-host on Penn Jillette's podcast, Penn's Sunday School.

  • From January 2006 to March 2007 Michael was co-host of the daily Penn Jillette Radio Show.

  • Michael has written comedy material to be performed by a crazy range of people including: The Smothers Brothers, Terri Garr, and Lyle Lovett.

  • He's written and performed custom shows for an amazing variety of clients from IBM to a neighborhood ice cream parlor.

 

Between his duties for the stage and (small) screen, Michael is available for private parties, corporate events of any size or duration, and trade shows.
